    Here it is Jan 2008 and iin Las Vegas it appears our market to makning it slow comeback.. have you noticed that homes are selling at great prices.... auctions are happening and lenders are lending... we are seeing homes on the lower now affordable side actually selling and the hi rise resale are selling with less atual profit than expected .. they shoud have waited longer to keep theri investments.. how is your market...
